Dru yoga celebrated its 40th anniversary recently. With its roots firmly around Hatha yoga practice, with the added bonus of pre created sequences of postures designed to supercharge any budding yogi.
Mark
Dedicated yogi of 25+ years, former tri-athlete and distance runner. Mark currently holds a diploma in yoga teaching of 200hrs, and a Post Grad in Back Care and Wellbeing, currently studying Energetics of Dru yoga.

All classes are currently held at ASSC, Harris's Lane, Ware. Hertfordshire. UK except for the Wednesday class which is held at Little Hadham Village Hall.
